Good product after they added the schedules they eliminated back in. The only problem is the same as all Intuit products their support is terrible, All they do is refer you to the community, nothing more than other users figuring out things for themselves, or eventually you can IM a support rep. and spend and hour with them. No email or phone support

I initially went to buy HHD and found out I can get price match on the Turbo Tax Deluxe. So I purchased it too..

I still think its false advertizing when you say Free. Still need to pay to file your state forms

I have used TurboTax for 3 years now. It takes you step by step and offers descriptions/info on many things.

Was surprised to see that what was standard in previous Deluxe versions now requires additional fees once you are in the process. And now I hear they may have a data breach with false claims...maybe time fora change.

Worked better than previous years - less divergent options

We buy and use TurboTax every year. It is a dependable and trustworthy product. It has never let us down.

I have been getting for years and it never fails. Very good product and has state taxes on there as well.

I purchase the Bose Solo15. It is awesome.The sound output is excellent. Which I had purchase it sooner.

OK, folks. It's Turbo Tax, a necessary evil. Nothing good or bad to say about it: it works. 'Nuff said!

Did not like some of this years changes appreciate the fact that they are trying to fixit

As everyone knows, they have had a ton of problems this year. If you do any stock trading whatsoever, you will need premier, not deluxe this season. However, you can start your taxes with it and upgrade while in process. They will then rebate you $25 when you submit your taxes. Not ideal, but it works. No easier way to do your taxes.

My mom purchased and haven't returned so I believe shes getting good use of this program

I'm an annual TurboTax user and found this version as convenient and easy to use as previous versions.

This was the first year I am 100 % disappointed in Turbo Tax. Everything was going along great until the end. I electronically sent the Federal, and got the confirmation it was received successfully! Now I have Identity Theft! It was submitted March 9th and disappeared into thin air, and the IRS has received a fake one with all my and my wife's information on it, as filing single instead of married, joint rerturn! We had to contact the Credit Bureau, change our bank account and now have to contact the police, and we can't reach the IRS to discuss it because it's tax season! Now, for the first time, we will be filing late! VERY BAD SITUATION! And, the State of MD contacted us by mail to let us know we had identy theft with them as well!

Turbo Tax Deluxe just does not flow as it has in the past. I started using Turbo Tax in 2003 and this year it changed. May try something new next year. I think it will get the job done but not the same. It would be OK if I did not know what the past Turbo Tax Deluxe would do and how well it flowed as you worked through your taxes.
