Upset with Changes

Yes it was still easy to use but I feel that the changes made it less user friendly and the fact that I have used the product for nearly 20 years is the only thing that made it familiar to me.

No Magic here

I was hoping for Turbotax to magically find something I might have missed so I wouldn't have to pay as much in. Not a chance! I could have saved my money and done it manually again.

Wasn't worth the money

Didn'tt find out until later that it wasn't State (cost $19.99 more to send) and had to upgrade the edition (at a cost of $35.00) to complete my taxes. Will buy online next year.

Beware of Content Change

C, D, E, or F, you must upgrade. Now have to deal with their 800 number. Still a good product just not pleased to have to do additional work to get it corrected.
