Turbo Tax changed the functionality of the Deluxe version so i had to buy the next version up. I returned this for the Premier version.

It works after several updates. Since TurboTax did not send me the auto shipment I had to purchase the software from a store.

Turbo Tax is a solid dependable program that helps you file your taxes. This version includes state filing software as well.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It is a reliable and really easy to use tax package. Love it!

Have used TurboTax for many years, and this year is first time I've been dissatisfied with the product. First, TT did a poor job of informing users they would have to upgrade to a more costly product to retain same functionality from last year. While they have apoligized and provided free upgrades, this was a bad move for customer relations. Now having troubles with state tax filings. Bad news.

It's been in the press by now, but this version of Turbo tax does not let you access all the schedules last years did.

Overall the software worked fine, but the confusion from the changes they made from last year made it a terrible experience. It was confusing trying to decide which turbo tax we would need because they changed which version you would have to have for certain things. Then when i called their customer service to ask a few simple questions their employees were just as confused as i was.

Turbo tax is a great product. We use it for filling out our taxes and e-filling.

Intuit decided to remove important forms forcing customers to purchase a more expensive version. This negatively impacted a majority of their customers. In addition, the security of the program is seriously in question. A number of states suspended acceptance of Turbo Tax submissions. This disruption is unacceptable and raises questions about using this program in the future.

The software is easy to use and helps answer any questions as you complete your taxes.

Why can't they make a turbo tax that meets the needs of most homeowners having adult college children who need to file the EZ or A as well? I have them all dating back to the first ones in the last century and it seems the first formats which included every option are better than this divide and conquer my wallet approach.

Next year, I will consider some other software or maybe even a CPA to do our taxes.

Used Turbotax deluxe for years and now when I started my return it forced me to upgrade to Premier for $30!! The difference in price of the 2 is 20-25 so why ask for $30? I wish I could return it. I am definitley never going to use turbo tax again!

Really disappointed in the need to mail Wisconsin state taxes in.

After buying this I received an email from Turbotax (to previous users) clarifying any "misunderstandings" regarding the Deluxe Edition no longer containing the Schedule C and D forms. Nowhere does it say this clearly in the item description, and although the Deluxe edition had these in it since forever, there is no notice/warning on the box that it no longer has these forms. You have to buy the Premiere edition for much more money to get these. Fortunately I had not opened my software and returned it for the HR Block software (yes, turbotax info from previous year can be imported into it) since I need to file a Schedule C.
