The State return was not accepted but the program could not find any problems. After consulting with technical help it was finally determined that the program had not been updated for the State filing. This was after multiple attempts to file and discussions with the tech help desk.

Does not cover even simple investments. Unless you upgrade.

I have bought TurboTax for several years now. this year the TurboTax changed and was very confusing. I also needed all the TurboTax products because I have a home office and I sold some stock. I will not buy TurboTax again unless they go back to the old way of doing things.

Turbo Tax made a poor choice this year by eliminating small business forms I have relied on. Thousands of customers are upset and Turbo Tax is forced to give a free upgrade for now. They also promise to return the Deluxe plus State version to the original version next year.

Not the TURBO TAX that I have grown to love since 1997

I have used turbotax since the early 90's and have bought the deluxe version every year. This year they dropped out coverage of small business, rental homes and stock market items from broker but they charged the same amount as previous years. To complete my taxes, I will have to buy the home and business version upgrade. My bother already switched to H&R Blocks tax software for $10 less than I paid for this and it does all the same things I need. Wish I had known before I purchased this product. Needless to say I will buy the H&R Block product next year.

This will be my last Intuit purchase. First they eliminated forms and now they backed off. Still haven't received the corrected version.

They made changes to the software that make you upgrade to a higher level program. They don't really tell you that until you have to use the software and then realize that some features are not longer available unless if you upgrade.

Have used Turbotax for 7 years, this latest version tried my patience many times. Had several ' Turbotax has experienced a problem and needs to close', it froze twice, and would not allow me to E-file 3 times. Not a fun experience.

The deluxe version of TurboTax was misleading this year. After purchasing and inputting data when I got to the investment section it wouldn't allow me to process information without purchasing an upgrade.

Took all of the forms off of the basic product so they could charge more money. Other tax returns products are cheaper and provide the same service.

By the time you are done using this product it is close to $100. Might as well have a professional do it and go over your options with you.

I heard rumors the version I bought would not work like last year. The rumors were incorrect. All the forms and questions I needed were on the Deluxe version and I did not need any higher version.

I found that there were some issues with claiming dependents on this program that were inaccurate. I was unable to submit electronically because I kept getting an error message despite the fact that I checked with the IRS to make sure I was correct. So I bought H & R Block and it worked just fine. This is the second time this has happened with Turbo Tax. I wanted to give them another try but it won't happen again.

Would not do my State Taxes.. Tried a upgrade to do State Taxes on my Computer for $39.99 and it would not work. So I upgraded to Premier Turbo Tax and it still would not do my State Taxes, so I had to take my Taxes to a Tax Preparer to get them done. I have done my Taxes by Turbo Tax since 1995, but never again will I use Turbo Tax.,I could not get any Help on their Help and no Phone number

makes doing taxes stress free. the program walks you through making it really easy to complete your taxes . love it

What a ripoff. Had to buy addt'l online to do my return. I'm switching to Block software next year

I use this because it is better then H&R Block. That is not a ringing endorsement.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years but this year's updates are poor making people call to upgrade. Underhanded, Turbo Tax!
