I have used TurboTax for many years. It has again yielded a great return that was easy to prepare. Very simple to use, but includes enough Help topics and guidance to get the job done right...the first time.

Turbo tax goes into past year's files and pulls the pertinent data rather than having to type it in again. It compares your info to the national average to see where you stand and your risk of being audited.

I use this every year and am very pleased with the ease of doing my taxes. This software walks me through the process and helps me get the most money back. Easier and less expensive than using an accountant.

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years and have found it straight forward in going through my tax computations. I used the Deluxe version and have completed several of my daughter's taxes and of course my own.

I have successfully used TurboTax Deluxe for many years and I knew that it usually is on sale in January. However, this year when I bought the 2015 edition, I was hoping to find an alternative, because last year, I was expected to store my 2014 1040 in a TurboTax Cloud in order to file electronically. I chose not to, so I printed it and filed it via USPS. This year, by the time I received all of my tax documents and decided to return the CD, I found that, I had mistakenly passed the return deadline. I told Customer Service to keep the ... thing and left the store for the last time. Several days ago, 10 days later, I found that TurboTax allowed me 60 days to return the item, not 14 as the store had.

Simple to use, actually walks you along. A little pricy, goes up every year, try to buy on a sale. If no sale buy another program that is. They are all the same. They all get your money back quickly.

I have been using Turbotax for decades. It is so easy to use and seems to get better every year. I like the feature of asking questions, and being able to see the answers to other people's questions.

Product is simple to navigate thru since it is guided all the way. It also brings in information from the previous year to alleviate unnecessary time wasted typing into the forms. Excelllent.

TurboTax was easy to install, and for the most part, it's user friendly. It's less expensive and more convenient than paying an accountant or a tax service to prepare your taxes. We filed online and got our federal refund very quickly. TurboTax will also help you prepare your state return as well, BUT, they demand an additional fee (about $25) to file your state return online. This is a rip-off, since you've already spent the 40-50 dollars for the software, so I didn't pay it. I just mailed my state return. It takes a lot longer to get your refund by mail, but I see no reason to pay TurboTax twice. This is why I have to knock one star off my review of the product.
