After using Turbo Tax for years, I again purchased it yet again. The ONLY problem I have with it though is the inability to open previous year's tax files. Prior to 2008, opening a previous year's tax file was not a problem using the latest version. This would pose a problem during an audit and is a serious problem. Next year, I may rethink my purchase if this issue is not resolved. They are not the only game in town.

Ive always used Turbo Tax and it always works great. I got a good refund and got my money quick.

Don't like the lack of a discount for people who use this product year after year, but it works.

You don't have to worry about any math errors and it generates all the forms you need automatically. It will save you a lot of time.

I used turbo tax last year and really appreciated saving around $200 doing my own taxes online with this product. In doing so, prior years information was imported into this year's. This program asks the right questions and if you need costumer service they're spot on.

Most of the time this is the better product for tax preparations Sometimes TT treats you like an idiot, but I still like it best. Have used this brand for many years.

What can you say, it's tried and true. I've used it for years now and have no plans to switch to a different product. Gave it four stars because I think it's pricey.

Very easy to use year after year. Each year the program's remembers children's ages, personal info so you do not have to put that in year after year! If there is a spot that you get stuck or need more info the program has helpful segments to explain everything.
