Met expectations, nothing spectacular, purchased here only because of rewards, could have had mailed

My taxes are not that complicated this year. But in other years I needed some help. This software worked to walk me thru each step to generate my tax files. I would like additional functionality like advising what effect changes in the tax code had on my taxes when compared to last year.

It was not as easy to move through as I thought it would be. It might well have been my computer.

We use TurboTax every year for doing our taxes. We are able to do five tax returns using one copy of this product. Enough for several members of the family. Which Is a best buy.

Could not be easier to use to complete your taxes. Saves files and uploads previous year data for ease. Been a long time user and will continue to be. Very happy with TurboTax.

I usually go to an accountant but decided this to compare my accountant's results to Turbo Tax this year. The results were basically identical. Next year I will go with Turbo Tax only and save myself the accountant fees. Completed my taxes (federal and state) in just over 1 hour.

For a basic family tax situation -- mortgage, few investments -- TurboTax is more than adequate.

I do this every year. It takes about 5 hours to assemble everything I need from Quicken, grab all teh papers, and do your taxes. It is painless and you know it was done right.

Whether you fine a simple 1040 or a more itemized return, Turbo Tax is the program you need. Easy filing with IRS and Best Buy has all the Turbo Tax purchase options!

I use this product every year to do my taxes. Makes it really quick and easy to do. I like that you can go back to any section to edit or add info you didn't have at hand.

TurboTax takes one of the most complicated documents in the history of governing bodies and simplifies it to where the average person can maximize themselves in adherence.

I buy this program EVERY YEAR. It quickly uploads last years documents to make the process faster (if your at the same job). 100% recommend

Very easy to use and only requires a minimum of effort. Very little needed other than a list of expenses. The software does all the hard work and I got my refund quickly.

I like using Turbo Tax each year because of the ability to use information from previous year. All you have to do is add new information making filing tax returns easier.

I have been using the same program for years. I love how it transfers all pertinent info from previous years. I also like how it prompts u with questions. Great product.

Disappointed because state tax forms was not complete and will not be complete until March

Turbotax is the best way to do your own tax return. I've used it for years and highly recommend it. Takes you through the process and you don't need to be intimidated.

The free fed/state online svc is better because 1. State e-filing is an addt'l 19.99 w/all the boxed versions and online purchased Turbo Tax, but both e-filings are FREE with the free online svc. 2. The free online filing walks you through the exact same questions & steps as the purchased versions. 3. Turbo Tax Customer Svc supervisors will state you must purchase Turbo Tax from their website to load your prev tax year data file into your new year's filing. However, this stipulation is not stated anywhere on their boxed or online products. You find this out after you've opened/installed the boxed product so it's too late to return it to the store and Turbo Tax seriously says you must purchase the product AGAIN...online. Again...buyer beware.

Answer the questions, file your taxes. That's about it.
