Great for a first time of doing taxes on your own.

Unused for the same reason as Quicken Premier; it wouldn't load and start automatically. Both Intuit products were purchased at the same time. It's not worth it for me to mess with either of them any more!

Tax made very simple for not so expert tax filers.

I have used Turbo tax for the passed 10 years and will continue to do so.

TurboTax made a bunch of changes in 2015. Some are good changes, but some are not and probably should have not been changed (that is, if it ain't broke don't fix it). Anyways, it's still a good product, I just don't like some of the changes.

For the price state should be included and not purchased separate.

I tried another product last year under a free trial program. I also bought TurboTax. After I entered the same info in both and calculated my taxes, I had a bigger refund with TT.

I have used Turbotax for years, and once again, it got me through this hateful task. I particularly found the "Its Deductible" feature very useful re donations of property

I thought in general there were some nice improvements. The "It's Deductible" is a nice feature. The rollover of 2014 data was handy. Also, the import feature from brokerage accounts was nice. It didn't work perfect (about 98%), but I caught the errors on my review.

It's pretty straight forward. It gives you step by step instructions and walks you through your return; however, you never truly know if you're getting the BEST return from this program, versus other programs.

I have used TurboTax plus state for years. Seems the state has yet to finalize the forms or it is bugged. I can not print my forms to mail in my state taxes. Guess I will just do them long hand and think twice before buying the program next tax season.

their state income taxes are not up to date. Last year is was better. When I went to e file they my last and this year did not match to file went on line to find out why, they were not helpfully

Intuitive and simple to use but too expensive, in my opinion. Been using for years but am about to quit em due to cost. For that amt I can almost take to a pro and let them do all the wk.

Turbo tax has been good to my family and I for the last five years. Very easy and simple to use.

It is ok but not excellent or flawless. Intuitiveness at 90% there is room for improvement here. However I have found it to be better than the alternatives but that is not good enough in the long run. Box labeling is not clear.

It's Turbo Tax, what else needs to be said. Don't like the extra fees when you file, but don't know if any other program is different.

Turbo tax keeps you in the know and makes it easy to do your taxes. It makes it even easier to file them and get your refunds quickly.

Uses every form I need to file my taxes. Now if only it would fudge the truth so that I could actually get money back from the govt.

TurboTax is a solid product. The "ask a question" feature has been improved. I like the "answer a question" feature that is new. Solid product for the money. I miss the days of getting a free state e-file return.
