Very easy to use, explanatory,step by step guidance

Hate taxes. TurboTax makes it easier. Run it on my home computer.

Don't ever do your taxes without this product. Plain and simple.

We needed to file both CA and AZ and Federal Tax Returns and although this program did much to guide the process, I imagine it would have been cheaper to just use the online TurboTax or just hire someone as TurboTax charges you to submit state returns even after buying their program.

This was the same as the year previous, not too many changes

I got this on the premiss I could use it with out wifi as it states on the box. I don't have wifi where I live. (yes this sucks majorly!!!!). It is not true!!! Everything I did required an "update" which means wifi so I had to return it! Did not work out as planned!!!!!!!!

This product was godd but some parts were confusing

Great product. Does what you would think it would.

Since tax software is now free for many people, I will just use the TurboTax software next year and save the $50. The only benefit to this product versus the free version is that the numbers were copied over for the state product.

Even though I used Turbo Tax to last year 2014 and consulted with their tax adviser to complete the forms, TT 2015 version will guide me through the interview properly.

While it states in the back that it is $20 to submit the state, it is a little confusing because there are many products being offered by TurboTax online vs in store. Clearer comparison of products would be helpful

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and this it the first time that I had problems updating the program online. However, even without updates, the program performed very well.

The competing H&R Block product costs less and is easier to use, faster and overall better. Easier step by step instructions

Product is good for simple tax returns, as your tax situation gets more complicated it is helpful in organizing your information but not a great product

If you have Turbo Tax (as I do for like 15 years running) you're basically stuck. If I were just starting out I would seriously consider other formats. TT is dated as to layout, inflexible, annoying (as to product ads, goofy steps), and the font (on my Mac) is WAY too small for this old man. And this years version was prone to periodic "freezes" which required a hard stop and reboot. Could have gotten better but over time has not...

Worked well but had difficulty with the refund file that I was given at the end. Some print programs couldn't read the file to print.

Had to do my own research on some tax issues as this software doesn't provide a clear explanation on some topics.

My computer has no CD drive, but I assumed that I could download everything with a digital code as I have in the past. After opening the CD and thus making It ineligible for return, I discovered that this no longer an option associated with in store purchases. Buyer beware.

Great product and I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to do their taxes online.

What more to say? It does my taxes last year,this year and next year probably
