If your return is more complicated, this product can miss a few things.

Not sure if I'd purchase again, intuit seemed to have issues with this.

I just wanted to fill out forms no go by question by question

Left some obvious error after running audit check.

Been using Turbotax for years but lately it does not offer anything special. Purchasing multi state forms if you work in different states is expensive. The federal forms/help is average and the state forms/help is poor. I remember when Turbotax gave more explanations and interviewed me like a CPA would but nowadays it is less than average. The state forms help is horrible. I might as well get the tax booklet and read the directions myself and fill out the tax forms by hand which is what I'll do next tax season. The program really no longer guides you.

Turbo tax is the only way to go. Makes me feel a little more secure

Would not do what I needed, could not give me any information for my old stocks that I had to sell

There is a problem with this version of turbo tax it doesn't calculate medical expenses correctly

Since TurboTax screwed with the Deluxe/Premium versions I just can't trust them

I have been using Quicken for years and the end of year tax reports are an asset to my tax preparer. Thought I would discontinue the tax preparer by using TURBOTAX. My skills were just not enough to navigate to a similar refund that my tax preparer found.

I bought Turbo tax deluxe but unfortunately couldn't use it on my computer. Returned it and bought H&R Block instead.

I have used this program for years and have been very satisfied, but last year when I went to enter one of my incomes, I found that they had changed the program and "Deluxe Version" no longer supported this. Then they wanted me to pony up $30 to upgrade. If I decide to use it this year, I will have to buy the "Premier" version. No warning, disappointing.

I chose this version every year for my taxes. Easy to use and walks you through every step. If you just have simple filings and don't do any stock and bonds, which I believe uses the higher version, then this is a great solution.

Using TurboTax Deluxe Federal & State Returns + Federal E-File 2015 to file our taxes this year was a breeze!! Would highly recommend using this software if you are filing taxes yourself. Walks you through the entire process.

If you know basic information about yourself and your family and you have your W.-2's and banking information, all you need to do is enter the info, answer a few guided questions, and Turbo tax does the rest. Super easy.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. Covers all the information I need to fill out my tax forms and makes it so easy to do. Easy to research any questions I may have. Will continue to use this product.

Easy to use. Walks you through the tax process step by step. Imports the previous year's information which saves time not having to reenter the data.
