Used Turbo Tax before, good program.

Also I was happy that you honored the sale price that Staples offered. I just showed the Salesperson the ad and they were able to give the same price.

Poor service by the retail

Had to purchase product directly and download it. Best Buy refused to refund purchase even though I had receipt and proof of new purchase. I will think hard before I shop here again
