Does what it says it does. Just remember to send your taxes in on time. It’ll send you updates on your refund - if you’re lucky enough not to live in NY and actually get a refund.

I have used Turbo Tax since it was founded by Mr. Cook. Only issue is that once he sold the company, the price increases have been high. So best to wait for a sale like this one.

Pretty easy to use. I'm just not sure that it's worth the extra money versus the basic version. I have my own business but don't think they're was anything special for that worth this version.

I used a another company before but this product seemed to allow changes with out leaving all the forms that where supposed to be erased or replaced.It is more adjustable.

This is about the 10th year I've used Turbotax. I stick with them because it tracks my business depreciation, etc. My only complaint is when I get to the review section it can be unclear in regards to what they want you to input.

I have been using this product for years but this year, I dug in real deep because my business took off. I gave it four stars because I wish they would make the online and desktop version communicate with the login info.

I find it convenient to obtain TurboTax at Best Buy. I like having a disc should I have PC issues. I have a lot of confidence in the TurboTax product.

You can never go wrong with TurboTax... prior years information carryover very easily and they walk you through the process step-by-step

Software uses undefined terms which requires going to the internet and attempting to find more information. We will see if my return gets bounced back.

We've used Turbo Tax for several years. It is easy to install, prompts you through the worksheets, and gives you comparisons from last year's return.

What can I say. This product always delivers. My only complaint, is that they still give 5 free federal filings, and only 1 state.

I always buy my Turbo Tax from Best Buy when it has dollars off. They always have it in stock.

I have used Turbo Tax since they started. This year seems to be confusing me somewhat. I don't seem to flow easily. I usually enter everything in Forms rather than question process.
