I use turbo tax because I have for the past ten years.

Worked well, but customer support is not so great.

Can I have a receipt copy of this purchase please?

Works good, but some questions are confusing. Better and simpler explanations of tax law is needed. Too easy on some questions to answer wrong/misinterpret and mess up your return.

I have used TurboTax for several years. I have been pleased with it's function. This year, I had to buy a higher priced copy because my chosen edition was out of stock. Bummer.

Software keeps crashing,on line help will not fix the problem

Hate having to upgrade to this version to file 1099 MISC electronically.

Haven’t finished using yet. Won’t install updates on my Mac, other than that it works well

Cant get to excited over software you have to pay for in order to pay Uncle Sam

Turbotax does not properly handle the Form 8962 Premium Tax Credit, which, which is where you can get reimbursed for overpayment of ACA premiums if you don't get a monthly premium reduction. This is a big deal which almost cost my son about $4,000 dollars for 2019. I talked to their tech support and he confirmed that you couldn't fill in the form month by month, not eve by manually "going to form". It also does not prompt you to get the information needed to get your credit, you have to know the process and rules intimately and then use a workaround to put in the numbers for the year. I checked 2018 and it had the same problem. Turbotax never responded as to whether they would escalate the problem to get fixed. I'm trying H&R Block next year.

It is very pricey and only allows five returns....

Not the product I needed as it is misleading, it doesn’t allow you to file 1120S return with this product.

Not a simple as it relays on the box. Finding help was a complicated task. Not a favorite.

Too expensive and it is not solving all the questions. I paid 3 additional bills after buying the product (4 in total). Using acronyms and not giving solutions, just asking to add information but not giving good guidance. Turbotax is getting worse.

make sure you know what you need and dont overspend

I have been using TurboTax for 20 years. I purchased the product in early January. After install, the first Turbotax update installed and all was well. I started our returns. Then a few days later, Turbotax updated again. But, after the update, the program crashed on startup -- every time. Based on the Turbotax site, other users were having the same problem. Since a roll-back on a MAC is not easy, I was stuck with a broken product for a week -- until a new release fixed the problem. Fast-forward a month -- After receiving all tax notices and documentation, I attempted to restart my tax entry. Again, when I started the app, it wanted to update. As I said, I've been using Turbotax for decades. So, this is normal. Unfortunately, after the update, the app crashed again on startup. I posted the issue on the Turbotax site with the crash message file. This file was also sent to Apple. A new update was released last week, but it did not fix my crash issue. So, I've been stuck for nearly 2 weeks with a crashing product and no idea when this will be fixed. This is happening too frequently. I don't want to use a Tax website because I don't trust them with my information. At minimum, the product should work or provide an easy option to downgrade from the last update. As of now, I don't have may options that make sense on my MacBook.

I have used this software for over 10 years. This is the worst version ever. TurboTax keeps crashing every few minutes. There is a long thread of many people having the same issues. Clean installs, re install, saving at several points all are useless. DO NOT BUY. TurbroTax has not responded to any IT inquiries. This applies to Premier, Home and Business and Deluxe confirmed.

Product seems to work fine but I was disappointed to learn that only one state return is included. Additional States are more money. This is not actually listed on the box. Very disappointed. This is my last purchase of this product.
