Good product that is over priced

However as a person with a very small income from self employment, the price for the home and business version is much too high.

Difficult to find phone number and then said the average wait was 85 minutes. I tried online chat, but it never connected. Frustrating.

Got stung by software error.

Went through and did my taxes 3 times just to make sure all was good and no errors, always made sure it was up to date. Sent electronically, Fed was good, a few days later my State return got kicked back. TT stated it was their issue and instructed me to go back through return, which I did, resubmitted, and finally excepted by State.

I'll NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN

I have purchased TurboTax from best buy for years and now TT says they won't support W7. And Best Buy won't take the CDROM back.

TurboTax repaired multiple Un-Install
