This protector, I don't think is very user friendly, my daughter had it on one day and it came off. It was still sticky, but it was full of stuff and you couldn't clean it off without losing the stickiness.

you only get 1 shield so if you screw up applying it....well i guess you'll have to buy another. i ended up going to a local mall and found a kiosk there that sells screen protectors called ghost armor. for the same $20 price THEY apply it for you and it's also guaranteed. i love it and it's a much better value in my opinion.

We followed all application instructions for this screen protector and still couldn't get all the bubbles and smudges out. Very difficult to use. Finally ended up throwing in the towel for the LESS expensive Apple screen protector which worked great.

Apple has gone to great lengths to provide a great looking screen - smooth and clear. Adding one of these "screen protectors" just dulls up the look of a great product. Its looks like vasaline smeared on the screen. I've removed it and gone with the device like it was designed. I'm much happier as a result.

I have Zagg covers on everything we have! 2 iPhone 5's, 3 iPod touches, iPad, and 2 kindles. It is a MUST! Other covers neither back their product 100% with replacement, nor save the glass faces so well!

Had Best Buy put this screen saver on for me and paid extra. Glad I did that. Make sure and register this product online

I purchased this item on the recommendation of a Best Buy associate. I was hesitant because it was the most expensive screen protector, but thought I'd try it. The package seemed to have all the necessary tools, however I could not get the product to lay flat without bubbles. Also, the "scrapper" which came with the product left marks on the screen protector. I also suspect that this item would "install" better is the room had been hermetically sealed. I would not purchase this item again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

This product is just all around terrible. It is dificult to put on and baffling that you use a spray to adhere it. It did not sit well that I was actually wetting my phone to apply this, but I went ahead and tried it. You must be in an absolute spotless environment to apply, because if one little speck gets caught underneath, you can forget getting it out. Once on the phone, the touch screen completely lost the smooth feel. This cover feels very tacky and changes the brialliance of the screen.

This case is very good but when it comes to style and price, that's where you'll have a problem.

I'm going to protect my product forever. The technology they use know in days is wonderful.

Totally sucks. Do not buy. Worst product. Screen protector ripped on 1st day. Did not protect screen.

there is no protector for home button. but it's easy to install and nice.

I am SO mad. The "moistening spray" that you put on the shield totally messed it up and got the shield dirty. When I tried putting it on anyway, it didn't apply smoothly at all and it was covered with bubbles, bumps, etc. And since it only comes with ONE shield, I just wasted 15 bucks. DO NOT BUY THIS.
