great price - exactly what I needed

Sales reps need a little more training. I did my own online homework and purchased this, which is exactly what I had requested at the store.

Great KVM switch

I was able to put a wireless mouse dongle in the switch and it switches with no problem. The cable for the button to switch machines is very high and easily get pulled out of it spot. I put a piece of tape over the wire to hold it in place on the desk..

Works much better than other brands

I have only had a few cases where my desk top stops working until I reboot it or disconnect my laptop. This could be more of a problem of my desktop not coming back from sleep mode correctly. But as I said it only happens rarely.

(Have you looked for a "scroll lock" key lately?) The new KVM has a physical switch, which seems kinda' clunky, but it works fine. This product does exactly what it supposed to do cheaply, easily and reliably. How could it be better?

Great for a simple setup

Could use a few more usb options and the monitor chords could have a longer split from the usb plugs. Chords are are long enough but the usb and monitor plugs are molded together except for the last 12 inches.
