Great product with simple connections. Easy to implement

I got this for my mother who is in her eighties and loves to play the games on her computers. I bought her a new computer that she couldn't get her favorite games on, so I connected her old computer to the keyboard, monitor, and mouse with her new one using this model of logear KVM. Works Great!

After the hookup you can switch back and forth between two computers with one monitor. Simply push a button when you a want to go to the other computer. Worked without a hitch. I was able to work at moving files at my schedule. Great product!

This is a great KVM, compact with a wired control.

This Product is Connected to my i-5 / i-7 and my 50" Sony. It is so nice not to need to change keyboard & mouse when switching. I would have given 5 stars but it's a little outdated. I Have Nothing With VGA connectors any more. If you use VGA you will love it. If you don't it's still money well spent.

The unit works well unfortunately shortly after purchasing this unit I upgraded monitors and they did not have a VGA connection so I took advantage of BB's awesome return policy for Elite members and brought the device back to the store. If you have VGA hookups - this works great.

Purchased this KVM to connect an old PC and New PC to Keyboard, Mouse, and Monitor. Everything works at the resolution I have set. One set back is Blue-ray player on new PC, will not play Blue-ray without DVI or HDMI connection.

I read reviews about what a piece of junk this KVM switch was. I believed the reviews too, because I have an IOGEAR GCS632U which never worked properly, but it was operated using a hot key on the keyboard. I figured this simpler device operated by a manual push-button might actually work. And it did - FOR TWO DAYS. Then the keyboard function went on the blink. Now the keyboard stops working every hour or so. I have to switch to the other computer and then back to get the keyboard working again. So if you have a life or death situation requiring a KVM switch immediately and IOGEAR is the only option, go ahead and spend the 20 bucks. Otherwise run as far as you can in the other direction from this useless piece of garbage.

This cable did what I need, and is durable, good buy

Only using the USB functionality to switch between work laptops. Plug and play. Nice to have all cabling included. Seems reasonably well-made for the price, and the LED indicator lights are helpful. Reccomended.

Had a problem with keyboard not working without hitting the switch button after a few minutes. Had to set properties on keyboard to not allow it to turn off to save power. Now works fine.

Works well for the given features. It would be nice if it had more support for more modern video types. The switch feature works nicely, and I like the compactness, but it gives no indication as to which output is currently selected.

This switch works exactly as advertised. It is completely plug and play. It also works with a wireless mouse, if you are wondering. The display is a little pixelated, but it is not advertised as high resolution.

The KVM switch works as advertised. As a bonus, I found that it also works fine with a bluetooth mouse/keyboard. I recommend this product as a solution for connecting two laptops/computers to a single monitor/keyboard.

I bought two of these for a business customer of mine. The remote button was the main selling point since I didn't want to deal with training the entire staff how to switch with a keyboard sequence. So far no complaints!
