I bought the IOGear Blue Tooth dongle a month ago, with some slight reservations based on reading of the reviews. I have found it to work as advertised. I get 20 foot range, good speed and quality and it serves my purposes perfectly. I have Windows 10, but the driver disc in the box DOES NOT have that driver, so I had to download it directly from the web......something I don't like to do......but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. I'm rating a 5 because it exceeded my expectations and the price is just a no-brainer!

I had no bluetooth on any of my devices. I was able to plug this in to my computer, and my husbands laptop. The driver download is easy, and I was able to connect a different keyboard easily.

It is a very inexpensive item which is uncommon for Bluetooth devices. It was amazing and reliable for about 2 months of daily use and now it will not connect to my sound bar. I tested this with another adapter and it connected to my sound bar quickly so over time this item must lose its ability to connect. I have not read of many people having issues so this could be only my item that is bad. For the price I would take the risk and buy this item.

OK, I had no trouble and installing this on my Toshiba laptop in order to use my old Lenovo bluetooth mouse with it. It worked great. The mouse worked great with it, even though it would not sync with my Samsung phone correctly. Within 40 days the first one when dark, no more blue LED glow and would not work with any computer. It was inert. Jumped through hoops to get an RMA through customer service (a NIGHTMARE) package it, included a snarky note about their packaging requirement and lack of response for CS reps. A new one came a week later. It worked great like the first, but as of today it is also an inert piece of plastic and metal. At this failure rate I will spend hundreds of hours and hundreds of $$$S exercising the warranty every 40 days to get to the end of the warranty's 3 year period. Junk!!

I spent 8 hours trying to install this on 2 different computers: one with Windows 10, and the other with Windows 7. It wouldn't work on either one. I work in this industry and am very sorry I wasted all this time on such a poor product.

driver would not load from adapter. IOGear website does not have any window 7 drivers listed

THIS DOES NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS 8. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME TRYING TO GET TO WORK!!!
