    I purchased this scanner and installed it but realized the downside to having it portable on my desk. The risk of it falling or even someone walking away with it. I returned it for a hard wired version for those reasons. Quality was great!

    The best Buy Geek squad tech steered me to this scanner after I bought a different one at a different Best Buy Store. This works perfectly without cords or direct wifi connection. Horray for a very knowledgable tech.

    Disgusted with service over the phone. Absolutely no help. Fifteen day return policy is absurd. For electronic equipment. ABSURD. No help from Geek squad. Would never recommend Best (Worst) buy to anyone.

    I was not too impressed with this scanner; but in all honesty, I have never used a sheet feeding scanner so it did not work well with scanning photos as I hoped. I ended up purchasing a normal printer/scanner/fax that better suited my purpose.
