Basic machine to be able to get 35mm film or slides or small pics converted into digital format. No frills. All manual. Very time consuming but gets the job done.

Wish there was a way to use with negatives that were larger than the small ones - have old negatives from the 49's and 50's

This is my second slide converter, after a bad experience with the first I was reticent to buy another, but was pleasantly surprised. This one has decent speed and image quality and was very easy to set up and use, both with and without an attached PC

Not the best device for scanning pictures. A flat bed works better. This is too clumbersum of a device.

Out of the box there was a streak on the pictures we were unable to remove. The picture quality was also poor.

There aren't many of out there to choose from. This one does the job, but not the best. You can view and save slides, but the quality isn't great.

It takes more time to set up slides or images to scan than to scan them. It could make better use of the screen to identify actions but otherwise is very good.

It's a good scanner. But it takes very long to scan pictures. Putting in and taking out the plastic ringers. I have many pictures and need a faster scanner.

The unit is made of cheap plastic. The negatives have to be loaded into a frame and you can do only 6 at most for negatives , 4 for slides. The frames are flimsy and hard to load. The exposer adjustments are ok but not great.

Like the speed of transferring the slides. Better than my computer. I have been putting off transferring all my slides. This made it fun. Even my grandkids like it.
