I can put all my old pictures on my computer and phone. I love can share all my memories.

Disappointed. I was looking for an easy way to scan and save my many pictures without having to put them on my printer and scan. This looked like a great solution. There are 3 frames that you have to put your picture in for it to be scanned. This takes more time than just putting multiple pictures on your printer. Also the 5x7 frame actually cuts part of the photo out. I went back to using my general printer.

I expected a higher quality item, it was made of plastic and difficult to use. I returned it to the store.

This lightweight is not very rugged, but works great and does exactly what it is suppose to do.

This scanner was a huge help when we had to retrieve old family pictures from my grandparents slides.

Only have had this for two days so this is somewhat premature. So far this has been a really good purchase.

This takes a picture inside the black box. It is NOT a scanner. I was very disappointed. I wasted my money on this product. There is a spot on the pictures from the flash inside the box. I ended up finding a portable scanner online that was much better.

Purchase to use on my families old slides, but will also use for old photos.

Not worth the money. Very cheaply made. I bought it and returned it the next day.

Cheap piece of plastic, cumbersome. Sadly I listened to the sales guy- should have known better. Told me "this was the most popular". No way- not for photos. Went back the next day and bought a scanner for half the price and twice the speed.

Basically it takes a photo of your photo(s) or negatives and converts it into a digital file that you can then simply store away on a memory card, or adjust on your computer using imaging software. It's biggest plus is that unlike most similar scanners that will only handle photos up to 4x6, this one will do 5x7 prints as well as slides or 35mm film strips. The instructions are easy enough to use but my 35mm film adapter was warped and would not work. Searching forever on the web site address provided, could not find a direct email address until I googled it and found a back way in. I requested a replacement - days later, there has been no response. I called their customer support number but after a 60 (SIXTY) minute hold, no one ever picked up - and during that time you have to listen to a loop recording where a valley girl goes over ALL options you have... over and over (and over) again. If you get one that works, fine. For the price it does what it does ok. But if you think you may need ANY type of support be aware that ION does not provide any. Taking mine back for a refund.

It would not do as said. Finally had to call the 800 number and found out it was not working because it was malfunction. Had to drive 30 miles to return it and was a day behind on scanning slides. UGH!!!

If you have a lot of pictures to scan this will take forever. Plus the scanned files are so small they aren't worth the space it takes to save them.

This unit does an excellent job of scanning 35mm slides and negatives. The photo print scanner is poor, photos are difficult to load in the tray and the scans show reflections of photos that don't lay flat. I have have much better results scanning photo prints with my flatbed scanner. Great unit if you plan to focus on 35 mm slide and negative scanning.

I needed a way to digitize old photos fast. This did the job. The interface is simple, the scans are instant, and the quality is excellent.

I have several thousand negatives to scan and although it only takes a 4 picture strip at one time it works easy and it works well. You have to put each strip in one strip at a time, it is still easy and you get a good color picture of your neg. to review.
