Not very good sound compared to most. The sound was the most important to me.

Not loud enough to have around the pool or at river

The first time I use the speaker it was great no problem the second time I went to use it number one it wouldn't charge number 2 won't connect Bluetooth wise the only thing that I'm happy about when it comes to the pos speaker is that I bought a warranty so maybe it's just a perspective on it so disappointed that I spent anywhere near what I spent for it

This boombox stop working after a couple of days. It also didn't have good reception. The speakers suck!! The blue tooth didn't work either. I returned this after 4 days.

This is my second one, the first plung we had was great but died after one year while on vacation. So we bought the new improved one- not so much. This one has a useless FM tuner. Too difficult to use, waste of time.

Poor sound, poor quality, poor design. Bought it and turned it within the hour. My Phillips hand held bluetooth speaker had better sound.

This speaker has horrible sound quality. If there was a zero star option that’s what I would have given it. I returned it the next day.

One of the biggest let downs ever, this speaker sounded so good and unfortunately after one month it wouldn’t hold a charge.

After hearing the jbl extreme i wanted one badly because it was loud and had bass but the price was too much for me because i might use it once a month since i have many audio setups at home and i seen this one on sale for 48 bucks and it said 40watts 20hours battery life + fm radio so I decided to get it to test it and honestly it sounds similar to the jbl extreme but for way less $

Distorted sound weak battery life I will purchase another product that will work better for me.

This speaker is a piece. It’s terrible. Don’t buy it.

Fm could not pick up stations very well. Useless in my area.

I only gave 3 stars because, right out of the box, the dimensions that are given in the product description are completely wrong. I think that the dimensions listed are for the Plunge, not the Plunge Max. It may not be a big deal for some, but for me, I am going to use it in a work vehicle with limited space. I have not actually tried the boombox yet, so I don't know how well it works. I am not sure that I will be keeping it yet, because I need to see if there is a place where I can put it in the truck. Disappointing.

Purchased this on June 11th 2019. I used it twice near, not in the pool on the original charge. I left it while on vacation for 2 weeks and upon returning it wouldn't power up. I took the brand new charger out of the box and tried charging it, the charging light never came on. I tried to move to a different power outlet and it still didn't charge I contacted the manufacturer as I was passed the 15 day return policy. It has been over a week and a half and I have received no response to emails and calls to the warranty and tech support departments. Price is good, but not for a one or two time use. I would not recommend purchasing unless your only using it once or don't mind not being able to use the warranty when needed. This was my first ION purchase and my last. Horrible customer service.

Will not bluetooth pair with many Samsung devices (see Ion help website for more info). This is a common problem.
