Good speaker a little small but hooks up to WiFi quickly

Trash. Thing didn’t even last 6 months. Was pretty good while it lasted tho. Micro USBC charging on any speaker is a no go. It won’t last. That’s why all cheap speakers have it.

Picture showed FM button. So I ordered from bestbuy.com. One of my requirements is that it had to play radio. The picture is deceiving. I ordered for my son's bday. Had to return. Other than that. I cannot comment on product.

Bought this bluetooth speaker on May 25th 2019 and 11 days later it stopped working. It doesn't power on anymore.

It's ok not anything special it's just a cheap bt speaker. Was unimpressed and returned it within 3 days and bought a sony bt speaker.

I thought this item would have good sounds but NO. Dont not buy and dont waste your money.

Speaker lasted for few weeks. Returned it to the store for a new one

The minute it hits water- pure distortion. Will return

speaker was only good for a week then bluetooth would not connect taking it back asap

There are plenty of other options for this price that are also waterproof with substantial better performance

Horrible, the Bluetooth function stopped working and I haven’t even put the speaker near water. I wish I would have purchased a warranty on this.

We bought a ion plunge a couple years ago however this one we had to return. It did not have the same sound as the first one we bought, poor quality

Used speaker indoors for about a month. I was impressed, good sound & battery life. Took it out on a sunny day & sound was ridiculously low. I was thinking it broken(short lifespan) got it home & used it again. All good, then I took it outdoors to garden. Apparently this nice loud, waterproof, floating speaker OVERHEATS!!! LOL!!!! Keep it out of sun & you’ll be good. SMH Maybe look into another brand.

The Ion Splurge is a well made, very functional BT speaker with very clear mids and highs but the bass is extremely weak. This is a nice speaker for the money if you are using it for non-music applications or bass is not too important for you. The maximum loudness is respectable for this size and price and it does not distort. I compared the Plunge to my JBL Charge 3 and the bass difference was significant and the overall fullness and balance of the sound was obvious. If you like a bright sound with little bass, then the Plunge may be for you. Of course, I do not know what produces bass in this price range so my advice is to up your budget to get a fuller sound. The Plunge sets-up easily and automatically connects to an Echo when you turn it on after initial pairing. Probably also a nice little speaker to have in the bathroom where it will work better in a small room but the Charge 3 is also waterproof and to me, worth the extra $$$.

Bluetooth range=not even 30 ft Battery= not 5 hour at half volume, max volume maybe 3 hours Waterproof = it floats but got water damage I have purchased 5 other ION products, they were very well made, excellent bass, volume, quality, user friendly. Not this plunge max, none of the features described are accurate.
