Good sound bu TERRIBLE battery life (non existent)

Battery won't hold a charge so it's absolutely useless unless you can plug it in. Battery issues seem to be the most popular complaint, far too late to return this so it colllects dust at home when I need a portable Bluetooth speaker.

Did not last very long

I thought it just sounded funny due to being low on battery power, so I charged it up and turned it on again. Nope. Still sounded the same. I returned it to the store and got a full refund. Great customer service by Best Buy.

I contacted the company but they never answered. Threw box away. Was too late to return to Best Buy and I didn't want to actually go there to return because you have to be interrogated before you can enter the store at Bristol, TN at The Pinnacle.

Sound was good but cuts out after 30 min

There’s nothing you can do about it. It’s upsetting because I was using it to sing for a retirement home. It’s a brand new machine too!!
