its good. just like the 1980s. It would have been nice if it had a I pod docking station hidden in it but no complaints.

This is a great gift. Price point is perfect and the oldschool look is amazing. Bluetooth connection is really easy. It makes me want to play an oldschool love song and blast it underneath my window for my wife

I take my Boombox everywhere I go. The power options on this item warrantees that I will always have music playing. It has Bluetooth available too.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas and he thought it had a cd player in it as well. He took it back though when i said it wasnt the one i wanted and it didnt sound good either. He ended up buying me a different one that I didn't like either..lol The sound on this is not good and I cannot recommend it at all. The price for this junk is ridiculous

I think boom box is a little much. It's about half the size of the BoomBox's I owned as a kid in the 70's and not near as loud. I think we still would have called it a portable radio. That being said, it is still a nice system for taking to the beach or any outdoor events. The sound is nice and clear and the radio picks up the stations in my area without issues. The tape drive is what it is, a tape drive. I don't have many left to try with it. The Bluetooth connection makes it all worth getting this. I connected my phone and played Pandora through the Bluetooth. I didn't use the USB because it's easier to stream from my phone then carry a usb stick. All in all it's a nice system to take with you but I was thinking something more like I owned back in the day. I am torn on the recommend to a friend. If I knew someone that was looking for a portable system or wanted to be nostalgic (like us older guys) I would recommend it, but it's not something I would run to my friends and say "Hey, you gotta see this thing". On a side note I hope there is a future with a CD version. It would be great if they could keep the nostalgic look and have an 8 trach one but have the 8 track be a CD player that can be inserted or played separately (and make it a little bigger).

I think it’s a good radio but I never opened it because the person I bought for already have one so I returned it wasn’t no used to having the same one

We get so many compliments on this radio. Good thing I saved all my cassets, works great and the charge go a long way. Only drawback is, it's a little cheaply made.

Amazing boombox, great look , great sound, very entertaining and I would recommend this item and old school radio to the 80’s fans .

Bought this when they were $69 on sale. This boom box is loud clear and really fun . I may buy another if I find it on sale again

Had one like this in the 80s. Course it only played cassettes and radio. Like the look and style. Works well and the price is very fair.

My wife loves it. It works great. It's nice to have the USB port for charging her phone but it would be nice to have 2 ports.

The first product was not able to play a cassette, it was only an adapter. I ordered the new cassette player and went to pick it up because my wife was ill and they wouldn't give me the product. I had to go home, reorder under my name as the one to pick it up and it was inconvenient. Curb side pick up should have been able to call the number on file and given the product to me.

This is actually for my Daughter for Christmas but I opened it up to make sure it worked and I was really surprised on the great quality that it is. I'm thinking of getting one for myself now.
