The sound does not carry beyond two feet! This was such a disappointment! I donated for a nonprofit event and then when the speaker presented, you couldn't hear a word they were saying! I felt so bad! Anyway this product is a waste of money!

Has had it for a year now and didn’t use it during the winter. Now it doesn’t hold a charge. Have to keep it plugged in to work.

As such, they can quickly lose capacity if they are stored without a charge for long periods. We recommend being sure to charge the speaker fully before any extended periods of disuse, and if you are storing the product for more than a month or two, be sure to power it on after 4-6 weeks, use the device, and then fully charge again before storing longer. This was best available. Just too weak for a large space, and the microphone is passable if used perfectly ... which is rare with a range of people speaking. Probably a decent value for the price, but not good outdoors for a group.

Been less than a year and the battery has already died. We followed all battery related instructions. The warranty is only for 3 months it seems. The company probably knows it and thats why the short warranty.

I’ve heard louder sounds coming from my kids earphones in the car. Max 30 sound, anything past 20 was crackling. Don’t waste your money.

These devices use lead acid batteries, which are the same type an automobile uses. They are very reliable, as long as they are being used and charged regularly. You want to make sure it is fully charged before storing for any long period of time, and that it is being used at least once a month to prevent battery drain.

He loves it and has got good use out of it so far! He uses it mainly for baseball games when him and his teammates walk up to bat. The whole field/people can hear the music! It sounds really good too for the size and price! Definitely happy with this purchase!
