Great for Bluetooth! I really like that it is rechargeable. A remote would handy. Radio works better outdoors. Over all it’s usable and wasn’t expensive. It’s good for me.

Great speaker reistent to water and hard drops loud

We purchased this system to help with projecting sound during outdoor church services during COVID19. The sound is great, although we're realizing you need to have your mouth right up to the mic in order to have the best results, and who wants to do that during a pandemic? It serves its purpose for the most part.

I was a little skeptical with this speaker on sound quality at first but was pleasantly surprised by its output of sound and base. I own a lot of Sonos and Bose systems throughout my home so my standards for quality of sound is usually high. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Though comparable to other portable speakers out there that are similar, this product meets and exceeds expectations. First off the price of this product for what you receive is a steal. It's super light and you can easily travel with it anywhere. The Bluetooth was extremely simple to connect to as well. You can use it on your patio, parties, garage, camping, trips to the beach, tailgating, etc. The microphone is great for announcements or even karaoke. This thing is super loud without a lot of distortion. I would highly recommend this product.

Used it outdoors in an open-air event. The speaker volume is loud enough for a crowd of 30 to hear the music however the microphone wasn't as loud. This was disappointing because I needed the mic so that everyone would hear the speaker's presentation. Lightweight and durable. Easy to carry.

When I need just about the right sound without the need for a DJ, my Ion speaker meets my needs. Just when you need music when you are on your patio grilling, the Ion speaker puts out that vibe sound!

Bought this as a gift for dad. He loves it. Definitely water proof. He has gotten caught in the rain with it many times and it still works perfectly. Not too heavy. The microphone is a bit flimsy but otherwise great product.

We returned the smaller one for this one and that was the best decision we could have made. My husband uses this in his shop at work and he can hear the sound very loud and clear over the loud machines at work.

I got this for Christmas n I didn’t think it was going to sound as well as it did. I’m shocked actually. It sounds amazing and it’s perfect for my garage it can also we used as a karaoke machine lol at least that’s what I do because it comes with a mic lol would def recommend tho speaker

This speaker is AWESOME and is comparable to other $500 speakers I have bought, it works great for beach/pool trips as very portable and easy to carry with one hand. Love the USB port for charging phone and radio setting is nice for the beach as well.

Great product, great price, had to special order. It delivered to my home in two days. Wound up buying three. One for each of our decks, and one for the neighbors. Highly recommend Best Buy, and this product as well. Very satisfied customer. Thank you.

This is a really good buy. Price was higher than I expected, but this seems to be the going price for a good speaker with bass. Has bass boost and microphone for PA system if needed or to sing along...Great Product. ION makes good products.

This Speaker works really great for the price, it sounds pretty good but when you get to higher volume it does struggle to produce clear highs and mids. it does produce good bass that can over power highs and mids as well.

This thing must have Bluetooth 2.0 or something. Streaming Bluetooth to it sounds very very bad. Like listening to a low but rate mp3. The aux input works great though. So using the aux shows the speakers potential. So it does actually sound good but only if you use the aux. on Bluetooth the speaker distorts after 50% volume. On aux the speaker distorts after around 85% volume? The battery and radio is convenient though. Guess I’ll keep it but will resort to only using the aux input

Great speaker battery last forever like days and it's loud would be 5 stares BUT when all the way up the sound it's a lil distorted

The Ion Sport is a good quality speaker with many benefits to it, plus a bunch of nice features. First off, the speaker itself is made up of good quality materials while making it light enough to lug around with you. The box is made of a durable waterproof inclosure, with a thick metal grill on the front that covers the subwoofer and tweeter. The built-in handle makes it easy to lift and carry as well. The buttons are are made of rubber and are rather thick, so their easy to press. Pairing is made simple, by pressing the bluetooth button, after devices are pared it will just change the input to bluetooth. The sound quality is good, as the speaker can be heard for quite a far distance (outside). There is a bass boost mode, which gives the speaker an extra amount of bass. I did notice that when I had my phone turned all the way up to max, and then adjusted the volume on the speaker - that the bass would bottom out and rattle. This was easily fixed by turning down the volume on my phone and then using the speaker volume knob to turn it up a little more. The vocals are nice and clear and base is good and heavy without drowning out the music. The Speaker has a built-in radio into it, without an antenna. I was impressed with the reception that I was able to get without having any antenna on it. The front of the unit has 2 different ports, both of which are covered with a waterproof rubber protector. The left side has an aux input for audio, as well as the mic input. The right side, has a USB 3.0 port which is used as a charging port. There are 2 volume knobs located on the front of the unit: the master volume, and the mic volume. The Ion Sport comes with a microphone included in the box, this lets you use the speaker as either a portable PA system, or even a karaoke machine. When I first tried out the mic, I wasn’t getting that good of sound, even with the mic volume knob all the way to max. I quickly figured out that you also need to have the master volume turned up. Once I adjusted that, the volume of the mic was loud and clear. The speaker also has a few other features that are nice. For instance, there is a link mode, in which you can pair 2 spears together for left and right stereo mode. This unit also feature NFC for easily connecting NFC enabled devices. Lastly the battery life on the Ion Sport is amazing! It has a battery life of 50 hours on a single charge. This is amazing considering the size and power of the speaker. Overall, the Ion Sport is a very impressive speaker that has a lot of features built into it. With good sound quality and amazing battery life, this speaker makes for the perfect tailgating party. This would also be a great speaker to take with you for those who like to go and float rivers. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Nice product. We use it at the drive in and it's perfect for it. Sound is good for a small venue or around your home, yard or pool.
