Microphone cord length adequate, could be a little longer. There is no storage space in the case to store the microphone or cords.

Sound quality inadequate at high volume. Not powerful enough for outdoors.

Great sound holds a great charge. Just wish it had a bag for the power cord and microphone.

The battery never charged on the brand new speaker. It played great and then the battery started to get low and I would leave it plugged in for days and the battery never charged again. Contacted ion and they sent a new speaker. While replacing the speaker, the wires connected to the speaker were all frayed and the positive wire with the fuse separated. I connected the wires again and still no charging. This speaker was doomed from the start. I would not recommend the ion speakers. It was surprising that it would need a new battery right away. Poor quality for the price.

I was stoked to finally get this in! Usually with something this size it needs to be plugged in somewhere but this packs a quoted 75 hour at full charge duration which is an entire weekend of fun! Hurricane or tornadoes knocked your power out? Psssh The party doesn't stop with this baby haha It has USB charging ports, am/fm radio with preset buttons to save your stations, telescoping handle and wheels for easy transport, an eight inch subwoofer for nice deep rich bass, It states it's 100w which is a nice amount of power for the size. It's Bluetooth compatible, a microphone if you want to bust a rhyme or make an announcement to the world! It supports NFC connection as well. It's also water resistant in case you want to have it at the lake, or at the pool. Has a nice bright battery indicator. It also has audio that tells you what it's doing as far as selection or if Bluetooth is connecting. Two large knobs for volume, The controls are very self explanatory. It has two usb's One is quick charge I believe. It also has an AUX input. Would definitely recommend this to others!!

Sounds good but it starts to distort at higher volumes

Everything about this speaker seemed great it’s wireless portable-ish and looked and felt pretty good, but there was a weird high pitched sound in the background of all the audio. I might have received a defective unit but It was too noticeable for me and I returned it. If it wasn’t for that noise it would have been a 5 star for me.

the good: - sound quality - Talk about bang for your buck. I don’t know if I’d bill this as a PA system necessarily, but it definitely has that and/or karaoke capabilities. Where it really shines is volume - super loud for something portable. I don’t think anyone will confuse this for an “audiophile” system, but that’s not really what its intended use is. It’s great for portable tunes outside by the pool, or throwing in the back of the truck for a camping trip. It’s got plenty of volume and clarity, and coupled with its durability and battery life it’s pretty much up for any situation. - build quality - Beyond sound quality, this thing appears to be made to take a beating. It is essentially the size of a smaller carry on, complete with telescoping handle and wheels. It reminds me of those indestructible cell phone cases. Over-engineered to withstand bumps, drops, and some water resistance as well. - battery life - Rated at 75 hours, which to me is a bit on the crazy side. So far it hasn’t disappointed. i’ve charged mine once, been playing it on battery for a few hours daily for almost a week now, and I’m still showing all 4 bars of charge. - 2 USB ports for charging devices - A nice touch here, to be able to use that big battery as a charger for external devices as well. the bad: - really nothing. misc: - inputs - If I had one knock against it, it would be that the inputs are somewhat limited, only bluetooth and aux in (3.5mm jack). That being said, that’s probably fine for most people. I would imagine that most people will connect their phones via bluetooth to play music. There is also an included microphone and mic input for PA or karaoke. overall: Overall I think this is a pretty great speaker for what it is, and a decent price as well. Easy 5 stars for me.
