Build quality is amazing you can literally take this rugged speaker in any environment you can bring the party anywhere. Sound quality is top notch this speaker brought my music to levels I never experienced before. The bass boost button is where it’s at. The sound is clean crisp and rich with a deep bass. Battery life is phenomenal I have been using this speaker everyday and have yet to charge it. This speaker is absolutely amazing.

I have actually used this thing maybe 10-15 times and the battery is already dead. Plug it in to charge (says it's full), charge for extended period of time, and it lasts about 10 minutes when playing. You'll need to keep it plugged if you actually want to use it. Sound is solid though, and it does get very loud. Bluetooth connection also holds up well. I won't be purchasing another Ion, though.
