I couldn't use any function even though it was fully charged. It probably would have been a great product. If this happens to you then simply return and have Geek Squad troubleshoot product.

I was going to take it back but being Chistmas season, the lines were too long so l opened it up and found a loose wire connection. Fixed.

Do not waste your money

Bluetooth constantly disconnects and reconnects or the speaker just shuts off. I tried to use for sons baseball games, but it was awful. The actual speaker quality is also terrible. If there was any type of bass the song sounded awful.
