    So Im not sure if Bestbuy sold me an open box speaker or it came from the distributor like this but when I open the box there was grass on top of Styrofoam that protects the unit inside the box also there was dirt and mud on bottom of speaker. There was no stand no instructions and the mic was already plugged into the unit. So Im not sure if Bestbuy sold me a speaker that someone returned and they taped it back up in which I should have gotten the open box price or it came from the distributor like that. Im really not sure and the fact that the speaker is not loud like a pa speaker should be. My cellphone speaker is louder than this thing. I definitely will be returning.

    Sound is great and the family has with this. It has also become a favorite with gatherings and friends. We almost didnt buy it but we are now glad we did.

    I thought this speaker would be better but it was just EH. Does not get that loud for such a big speaker. App was pretty bad. Wasn’t responsive at all. Bluetooth on it was horrible. Sound would cut off often and when connected via AUX I had to turn the speaker on and off a few times to get to work. Ended up returning and even BB employee said it wasn’t a great brand also. Beware.

    Pauses briefly on its own. I bought two to sync together and they both pause at the same time. Otherwise it's nice

    Do not buy this device. It hums and hisses as audio is played. I do no recommend it unless u dont mind static audio.
