Quiet even at full volume
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our department needed a small speaker for an event indoors (a school gym) that we could use as a PA system for announcing and running the event. Unfortunately, this speaker was extremely quiet. Quiet to the point that I could speaker louder by projecting than it could at full volume. We returned it. Best Buy made the process super easy.

Posted .Hi Richenda. Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like the speaker's volume settings may not have been fully optimized. To increase the volume, ensure the master volume and microphone volume are turned up. If you were using a microphone, make sure the switch on the mic channel is set to "Mic." Additionally, check that the volume on your connected device is at an adequate level.
