It sounds as though there may be a sweet spot connection issue. The mount cradle feet can be adjusted into 3 positions for precise alignment using the different height settings marked at the back of the mount cradle.

Poor quality, poor grip vent clamp

Falls out once in awhile from air vent. Will be returning. They should fix the charging issue and have hooks to hold onto the vents..

Does not work you guys when I try to take it back

It is a not what the company said it is. I will return item today to Best Buy.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Nov 2022, fits great on the cd player slot and hold great, open arms and holds securely your phone (out fo thr case) but it only changes for few minutes and then says "charging paused", tried to unplug and plug again and does the same every time. Sad I was very excited about this purchase, maybe i got a faulty one. I would recommend if actually charges to full charge.
