This literally broke within a week of me using them.

Constantly slides off the vent. Constantly needs to be tightened. I am going to return it.

It Stop charging my phone just after 2 months... it not good

I LOVE the concept of this product, however, it is already not working.

It has never worked from day 1. If I had the box and receipt I would take it back.

DIDNT WORK ..wouldn’t charge I wouldn’t recommend it

I have this one in my car now. I love it. If I knew how short the cord was I would have bought another longer USB at the same time. The cord it came with ended up ripping from all the tugging that came with seat adjustments. Once you twist the cap on the back to tighten the mount to the vent, the vibration of the car can make it fall out. I have an infiniti, my vehicle is pretty smooth but the roads vibrations still made the mount fall a couple times in the beginning. I learned I had to HULK TIGHTEN the back so it doesn't fall. I also have a smaller touchscreen phone, the weight of the phone vibrates naturally from the conditions of the road. If you have a larger phone like the note, how big those are, I don't think id do this mount. My mom has a bigger phone and I'm back on here buying one of these for her, that's how much I appreciate it. Hopefully the weight of her phone doesn't change how useful this piece is.

Bad. Way too heavy for a vent. Falls constantly. And who has a cd player. Thats the other option?

This charger is probably the best overall wireless charger that will work with your car in order to do charging and deliveries like door dash as long as your car is being cooled, your screen will not dim often. Now that I have a model three Tesla, I have no use for this because it is not compatible with the ventilation system, but for all of my other vehicles that I’ve ever owned or driven that I’ve always wanted and as long as I could, I would use this mound charger because it opens automatically and closes plus it just works. The charging is not super fast, but then, again, no wireless charger is yet it delivers on maintaining your phone from dying, and slowly allows it to recharge. Specially, in long trips.

Just purchased and installed in my CD player slot ( I haven't ever used the slot anyway . The position of the phone is acceptable , the auto sense works well and I'm a happy camper
