Great at first, but is now useless.

Driving long distances and using my phone as GPS, I thought this would be the perfect device. However, after owning it for more than 6 months, it no longer senses when my phone is present even with the sticker on my phone case to "help detect the device", and the right automatic open arm no longer works. My phone now falls out any time I hit a small bump in the road, rendering this product useless for me.

FAIL - very Flimsy

It would not hold. Most vehicles have adjustable air vents that direct air up or down, so this one fails. The rubber casing is flimsy. My Samsung galaxy phone just drooped in the holder, no matter what adjustments I tried. I returned.

It’s barely strong enough to keep it at 25% if it’s at 25% when I put it on the mount, I want something that will charge my phone rather than just hold it and keep it at the same %. Especially with this being $60...
