The charger is easy to mount and move around. It’s quick and easy to attach and release the phone. However, it will not charge the phone through the case that I have on it. I have to have a protective case on my phone or it will get damaged. And I realized that I would not have spent the extra money for the wireless charging option.

works good, just have to be careful. my phone will overheat when using due to heat outside

This wireless charger is awesome. For some reason my phone connection stop working so i went to best buy and found this product. It is a life saver! Now I can charge my phone without having to worry about a cable getting stuck while I am going in and out my car while doing deliveries.

Strong and sturdy. Phone stays in place and it hasn’t detached from the dash once like the vent ones do. I do door dash so this works perfect for my needs. Love the wireless charging feature. Telescoping arm is super easy to adjust and use. Installation was simple as well.

It's good but in the box it says it has wireless charging features.. but it did not work charging wirelessly.

This has worked well throughout warm and cold weather with Mt Samsung Note 10 Plus. It secures well to the window of my car and has not suffered the fate of falling off the window due to weather changes, even with outside temps reaching down as low as -25°F. Wireless charging has been a nice feature!

This is my second iOttie wireless dock. The first one worked well for a few years and eventually suffered from a poor USB power connection, not the cable. I bought another brand in the interim. The build quality and charging speed was not as good as my old iOttie, so I returned it and bought this one. This even better than the original one. It holds my large and heavy NOTE 10+ without issue, and keeps it charged while using Google Maps full brightness all day. My phone stops charging if they get too hot. A tip I learned is to mount it near an air conditioning vent so that in the summer, I can occasionally aim the vent toward the back of the unit to cool enough to accept the charge.

Not good for iPhone 12. It kind of worked like a Band-Aid until I turned on my GPS app and it just didn’t do anything. I’m sure it works fine for people with android phones but it’s not something that’s really compatible with an iOS device and I don’t recommend it for iPhone users but for android users I’m sure it’s great for you. I ended up giving it to a friend who has an android so that he could use it

Not an actual fast charger but a good wireless charger. It helps for gps which can drain a battery quickly during a drive, this will help you keep that charge.

Great product and was easy to install. I'm buying another for my husbands vehicle.

Installation was easy. Holds phone in place while driving. I knocked off a star because after a while the knobs loosen and you have to retighten them. Also it became unstuck once and fell. Both of these are possibly due to rough roads but overall a good product.

We bought this for cellphone navigation in an ancient but beloved Subaru, and it's held up well during stressful commutes in and out of Manhattan from the suburbs. Beats trying to look at the phone from a white-knuckled hand.
