Returned item for their regular phone Mount Found it pointless to have wireless charging when im always connected to cable for music or gps. I felt like maybe two sources of charge couldn’t be good for my phone and all it did was give me more wires with mount connector taking up my charging port. Charges at regular usb speed

i was worried the charging wire wont be long enough. I was also worried the iphone se 2020 wont get charged. However, there has been no issues so far. I replaced an old iottie with this one and im very pleased.

This phone charger will work but the charge itself is slow. It says it is a 10w charger for samsung phones but for my use it will not charge fast enough, as i see a charge status on my phone but it will discharge at a slow pace. I do use my phone alot though. I am a ride share driver and so my phone screen must be on, my gps signal on, and i have a wireless android auto running in the background which means my bluetooth and wifi must also be on. I also have to take my phone case off for the phone to charge. What i do like is the catch and release feature of this charger. When i need to release the phone i can squeeze two small levers on the charger and release the phone with one hand. Also to place your phone on the cradle and secure it all you need to do is place it on cradle and the phones weight will trigger the hold mechanism and then will hold it in place. The slow charge might be because the charger uses a micro usb and not the usb type C cable that i see in other chargers, my opinion.

This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. First, Best Buy gives you a fifteen-day return window. Second, iOttie makes you do their legwork for them if something doesn't work. Unless you want to do unpaid work for a company that doesn't employ you, avoid this product. Furthermore, this is apparently only compatible with MagSafe phone cases, and the ad doesn't make that clear in any way.

I’ve have been using this phone holder for several months now, over all it has worked very well for holding my phone. The wireless charger makes my iPhone 16 phone a hot plate, I quit using the wireless charger and reverted to using old school cable. I mostly just needed the holder which does a great job, sturdy and well balanced for that. If you want a wireless charger, stay away.

This is exactly what I was searching for. Mounts securely on the dash with adjustability so it can be positioned at the best angle. The arms hold my iPhone securely in place and lets go as described!

Does the job. Charges decent and has held to my windshield effectively. All in all as advertised.

This mount works well as far as holding the device. However, it doesn't stop charging the device after it is fully charged. This causes the device to get very hot. So far it has not overheated the devices, but it is a concern.
