It took a long time to figure out how to get the phone in and out. It charges well once you get all together. Still can’t find a place to put it except in the cup holder. Not ideal.

Has an inherent weak spot with the ball that the phone holder pivots on. If it's secured too tightly and/or hot temps will cause this spot to fail. We have had some last a couple years and then other fail within 6 months. Great product if this area doesn't fail.

The QI charge isn't the best with a case on tho but, its pretty good without one or a slim case. Im just saying, its a well built case. I use it to mount my phone around the house to stream or video call. A friend had this and I knew I needed one

Works great, but overheats

The only thing people need to be way of, is that it starts to overheat after around 4 hours of charging. Make sure to position it on the dash with good air flow from the A.C!

Great product, could be a bit sturdier though

You just have to retighten it, but it doesn't feel as sturdy and I feel like I'm going to break it soon. Have owned for over 6 months and I bought two others for family as gifts.
