Was looking for a replacement phone holder for work. Spoke to salesperson looking for recommendations. This is easy to install and very adjustable to get good placement. Simple to be able to remove phone from holder. The wireless fast charger is a great plus. Thanks for showing me this product!

I’ve used iottie for years I just recently upgraded to this one that charges your phone as well cause I’ve been traveling more super easy as always to set up very durable and doesn’t move much while on rough terrain always a 10/10 for these phone mounts

Fast, easy installation. Works flawlessly with my iPhone XS in its Otterbox Commuter case. Rotates easy, latches easy, unlatched easy. One hand operation. Holds it securely and charges every time. The back of the phone gets a little warm but many wireless charging systems do as well.

This was a gift for my sister in law that needed something to hold her phone up so she didn’t have to look down when using the navigation. I bought this for the many features it has: telescoping arm, wireless charging (still need to plug in charger to car though), ease of sticking to the dash, and strong holding of phone. It may be a little pricey compared to other similar devices, but the many features and the universal applications made this a no brainer.

easy to mount and it stays secure on the windshield. mounting your phone requires no effort. the mound is fully adjustable. the best part my phone is charging wireless and I can use google maps

I have a sensor-driven motorized version as well. Between the two, this is my favorite. The side arms are easy to squeeze to open the holding arms, and pushing the phone into the dock snaps the holding arms into place for a solid grip. Can wirelessly charge through a thicker credit card case as well.

I love how you can install it either on the dash or the window. Easy to install.

Bought for my dad, it has really great quality. Hold on to the phone phenomenally even in a freightliner! Also the ease of it charging the phone as well is great.

Love this thing. Charges very well and holds great. I'm kinda surprised. I have a tile locater on the back of my phone, so it wasn't fitting properly in the holder. So I flipped the holder upside down. Charges fine and holds the phone just fine too even though the little forks aren't helping. The sides have soft rubber that grips well.

Been using for a month now. Has not even come remotely close to losing its suction with the dashboard after applying the supplied pad. Once I found my sweet spot--which is so incredibly easy to do with the how much adjustability the arm has--I haven't needed to readjust it at all. No sagging, no looseness; this thing is a statue. Plus FAST wireless charging with my Samsung Galaxy S10. I used to use a gravity-clamp style holder (you put the phone in the holder, and the weight of the phone on the bottom section pulls the side bars in), and coming from that one extra level of convenience I thought I was going to hate the added step of manually unlocking the clamp each time. But honestly I think this feels more secure and don't mind it anymore. I would definitely not pay extra to have a powered/automated clamping mechanism

So far so good Loved it works great. I wish would have it long time ago. Just bought and using every day in my car. One hand operation very easy to use not chunky which is good. You just gotta adjust the bottom with the phone to charges properly. I put on Dashboard instead of windshield of course you have to decide where to locate for your best viewing the phone. I really liked it adjustable telescopic up and down position it’s stable.

Please email me if you give me a replacement for the USB charger unite. I will change the star rating for this product to four star, I had an earlier version of this but it stopped working. As a gig economy worker, I had to rush to Best Buy near me and purchased this brand new model in 2025. I paid higher price for this unit as common sense "We pay for the services, cheaper products don't last long and aren't durable."! Even the Best Buy sales representative recommended this unit and the previous model. Both models worked very well at the beginning few months and are perfectly designed with quality materials. Dislikes: 1) It worked well, until some of the plastic parts inside the smart phone holder that held the phone fell down. Then I had to insert some type of foam to hold my IPhone in place and re-positiond the phone holder upward to prevent IPhone from dropping down. 2) Yesterday the battery USB charger unit that was formerly used for cigarette lighter stopped working. I had to keep on moving the charger around, until it came in some kind of contact. Please give me the replacement for USB Battery charger unit at the store that I purchased this product from "West Hollywood, CA" on La Brea Ave. Likes: 1) I really like the Universal Dashboard charger unit for sticking strong to my dashboard, although it has started to get lose now. 2) I also like that this product has the flexibility to to adjust for only a few sizes of smart phones (not many different size options, only a few options). 3) I like this item for adjusting the position flexibly and move the phone around (horizontal or vertical as well). However the part that sticks to the dashboard is starting to get lose. 3) The charger charges very fast and it turns of as soon as the smart phone is over heated. 4) It is a well designed product. So was the former model of this same exact brand.

I love it keeps my phone easily accessible on the dashboard. The charging is all right but works pretty fast. The only downside is it makes your phone hot which means stop charging after a certain period of time.

Good quality i bought three and the my nieces was the only one having a hard time with it. It would turn off her phone and her phone was to small so it would slid down.

This is definitely a must have! It hold my phone and it charges it! I honestly love it! You can move it on the dashboard to where you want it as well as the window! It has a great grip!

All in all this products is really, much better then other products that i tried. The wireless charging works but in order to make it stick I have to take my phone case off. What I don't like about the product is that people can see because item sticks on to the dash. I don't like having items or products sticking on my dash. But aside from that it really a good product. Works as described on the package

This is an excellent phone holder for the Ram pickup. I previously purchased a different vent-style holder that was not effective and actually damaged my air vent. I found this style to be much better for mounting my phone. It's convenient and easy to use.

Easy to install, sturdy, charges without issue so far. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Great quality and durability. Holds the phone snugly and allows you to charge with out a cord.
