Good Product but need to address the charging port

The only thing that they need to work on is the charging cable. It ought to be type C with the ability of being locked into the port. Mine keeps on dropping.

Misleading ad, awful service

First, Best Buy gives you a fifteen-day return window. Second, iOttie makes you do their legwork for them if something doesn't work. Unless you want to do unpaid work for a company that doesn't employ you, avoid this product. Furthermore, this is apparently only compatible with MagSafe phone cases, and the ad doesn't make that clear in any way.

Wonky wireless charging. But great mount

The only reason why it's not 5 stars is because the charging itself constantly loses connection every 5 minutes

Meets my needs

So I need my phone where I can see it (and talk to it too). This holder/charger works well for me, but I wish the charging cord had been about 6" longer.
