Buy the older, cheaper one... it actually works

Does not charge phones well. It charges my iPhone 12 mini sometimes but never my wife or kids phones (same iPhone). 2. the ball socket joint that supports the phone is very weak and 3. The suction cup that holds to the dashboard becomes a gooey mess in the sun. If you live anywhere warmer than Buffalo (which is pretty much everywhere) be forewarned. I own the older mechanical model from this same company which has served me well for a couple of years. I recommend that instead.

Nice but wireless charging is a weakness

I tried charging the wireless charging rate to the lowest power setting, but no luck. Returning this in favor of another option.

Use a ram mount to mount it.

Not that great for it's price

I also suggest just getting the regular version as the wireless charger is slow.

Absolutely the worst product ever

The suction cup isn't a true suction cup at all - it's covered in a very permanent adhesive. Forget trying to mount this in a few trial spots, once it touches glass it's on PERMANENTLY. I really thought I was going to break my windshield getting it off with steel wire to cut through the adhesive. Absolutely bonkers how bad this was designed. I even soaked the suction cup in Goo Gone to see if I could salvage it once the adhesive was removed, but it won't budge. Must be an epoxy. Because that's totally necessary on a REMOVABLE product. What a joke.
