    Charge time is slow on pixel 4xl and charge cable broke after only a few months. Disappointing after such an expensive purch. Holds well to glass and hasn't fallen so that's a plus.

      Thank you for sharing your experience, we are sorry to hear you are having trouble maintaining a consistent charge. It sounds like there may be a sweet spot connection issue.

      The bottom feet on the mount cradle have a spring-loaded button with 3 settings. The feet can be positioned in the following ways:

      The first setting is for a small phones; the feet are all the way up
      The second, and middle setting is for extra large phones without cases
      The last setting is for extra-large phones with a case, where the feet are all the way down.
