When plugged it in on a 12 hour road trip to charge my phone, I realized that it wa snot working. Took it to the Geek Squad and they said that they can't do anything about it. This is not a cheap product and I am very disappointed at the quality.

Adhesive Melted/ Can't Handle the Heat.

I had too completely remove and scape off the remnants of what was left on my dashboard. would not buy again. Don't leave car out in the sun with this mount installed.
