Adhesive Melted/ Can't Handle the Heat.

I had too completely remove and scape off the remnants of what was left on my dashboard. would not buy again. Don't leave car out in the sun with this mount installed.

Malfunctioned and then broke after 4 months

After 4 months, one of the arms broke off, making the whole thing useless. Best Buy refused to cover the warranty. Probably just avoid this entirely

Didn’t Work, Can’t Return

Tried on multiple vehicles and phones. Best Buy wouldnt take it back or even let me exhnage it because it was after Jan 14th and I bought it in December of 2024. Not sure why that matters, needless to say this OEM and Best Buy both lost crefibility with me.

Unfortunately like a month of having it the cord that powers it to charge you phone went out. For the price i paid for it i was pretty upset about it.

The mount is designed to support the size and weight of large phones and cases, so we would like some more information to resolve this for you. The suction cup will usually adhere to most windshields easily due to the smooth surface, whereas the effectiveness of the mount on the dashboard can vary slightly, depending on how much texture or curvature there is. Not worth buying!!
