Needs smooth surface

It’s rather big, so putting it up on my window and hanging down is still in the way of my vision line, so I ended up having to return it.

The suction cup will usually adhere to most windshields easily due to the smooth surface, whereas the effectiveness of the mount on the dashboard can vary slightly, depending on how much texture or curvature there is. Didn't Last 1 Month

It's now been 3 weeks and i go out to my car today and it's fallen off, leaving a disgusting melted glue all over my dash. So not only did it last a whopping 3 weeks before 65-80 degree heat melted it, but it's also ruined the dash of a relatively brand new car. I'm extremely disappointed, and will never buy anything from iottie again.

Posted .Hi Bridget, I'm sorry that you had a negative experience using the Easy One Touch Wireless 2 Dash and Windshield mount. Have you tried, using a compatible USB plug in your car or another cigarette lighter plug? Alternatively, you can use the wall charger in your home, with a compatible charger. Can you please test the Cigarette Lighter Adapter?
- Plug it into your car cigarette port
- Plug into Cradle/Phone Holder device
- If it does not charge, use same adapter and cord, plug it into another compatible device.
- If this does not charge, it is the Cigarette Lighter Adapter issue.
- To check if it is the cable, please use another cable, in the same cigarette car adapter, plugged into the device.

Ehh.. not great
