Not great, Best Buy return policy made it worse.

I foolishly sat on it for a couple of weeks before I had a chance to go back to Best Buy to return it. Was told that Best Buy's return policy was now 14 days for anything opened (regardless of whether it was broken or not). Stuck with a $50 car charger that's useless. Future purchases are going to Amazon where a painless 30-day return (or longer) window exists.
