Posted .Hello Nicki, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry the Easy One Touch Wireless 2 Mount has not met your expectations. It sounds like there may be a sweet spot connection issue.
The bottom feet on the mount cradle have a spring-loaded button with 3 settings. The feet can be positioned in the following ways: The first setting is for small phones; the feet are all the way up to the highest point. The second, and middle setting is for extra large phones without cases
The last setting is for extra large phones with a case; where the feet are all the way down. Do not recommend
