This holder is extremely easy to use, simply put in CD player and press lever down, it locks in. To attach phone, you just press it in and the arms snap shut. We have several different sized phones and it accommodates all of them easily. Very easy to adjust as is on a swivel.

I wanted a mount that didn’t rely on an air vent to mount. Also, I wanted something that I could easily remove without destroying the dashboard. This unit fits into the CD player, locks into place and allows your phone to be oriented vertically or horizontally. Great for the price.

Told Best Buy rep what I needed. On recommendation from said rep I purchased this phone mount. Rep was absolutely right-conveniently and securely locates phone without hampering vision or driving. Great price. Have already highly recommended to several friends.

I like this cell phone holder. It's inexpensive. It's sturdy and stable, slips into the cd slot, which I never use, so it doesn't block my view like other dash mounted or window mounted smart phone holders do. Adapts to about any sized phone out there. Would buy this one again, if I needed another.

This is my third attempt at a cellphone holder to use my maps on my cell phone. I have an 05 RAV4 and it works great. The first cell phone holders set on the dash and my Dash is too high. The second one was okay bit on the vents. This one is it the perfect type and so far it's secure

Bought this for my husband he's a truck driver who needed one strong enough to hold a smartphone securely and he's had all good remarks about it it's very sturdy hold his phone securely and no worries of dropping or falling off it with all the bummping and jerking around big trucks do.

I originally bought the dashboard mount but found it was blocking my view, so the CD mount was perfect and my phone is accessible but not distracting. It's a little wobbly with my phone because there's not a bottom piece to solidify it, but my phone is still very secure in the mount.

I love this one. It plugs into your cd changer. Who uses cD’s any more. Perfect fit and my phone never falls. Well it could use rubber around the phone clamp area for a more sturdy fit. Still it’s the best I’ve ever used.

I've used different kinds of mounts before and this one is the most convenient for me. I don't have to use double sided tape on my dashboard anymore, which means no sticky residue left behind when the mount eventually comes off. The install is simple as well.

Had a dash-mount for my cellphone that mounted using adhesive and suction cups...worked well initially but couldn't withstand south Texas heat for long. That mount failed after less than 2 months. This one is better for me...CD slot mounting keeps it securely in place.

This holder does the job without problems. Its used daily in one of our cars and fits all of our phones which are different sizes. My one concern is like some other plastic products is the feel of it is kinda flimsy, though it hasnt presented any problems yet.

Whoever came up with this accessory is a genius! Perfect fit in my cd slot and it's within my reach. No need to reach or find my phone when driving plus I just discovered, I can use my phone camera as a dash camera because it's right on line of sight!! Genius!

If I had a complaint with this- it might be how tightly the tabs fit into the slot of my CD slot. But I'm guessing that varies quite a bit by car. This is a very well made piece. The clever design allows one-handed operation (unless you have small hands). Top notch!

I picked this up for my Toyota Yaris not that long ago and have been super impressed with how solid it fits into the CD slot I never use. I use Apple Maps a lot, and this gives me both options for portrait or landscape mode to see all upcoming turns. Very good mount!

Since most people don't use their CD player this is the perfect place and the perfect item to have your phone in your car. It hold your phone perfect position it rotates and and allows you to use your GPS and answer phone without having to dig for it off your seat

I have this phone mount in each of my vehicles and I wouldn't want to use a different type. Holds the phone securely in the dash without damaging it or leaving unsightly rings or obstructing my view on top of the dash or window.

I thought this was a pretty bad idea and did not think it would hold up well. It's perfect though. The phone is right in the center of my dash, exactly where I want it. The mount sits very securely in the CD slot. Price was fair. I'm satisfied.

I use the mount regularly and it's been working out really well. My previous mount broke after only a couple of mounts. This one seems to be much more stable and sturdy. My only issue is that due to the size of my phone, it partially blocks the screen when mounted.

It works OK, the only problem, I am guessing is, you have to take off it time to time, because the CD player has a protecting dust cloth that can be damage with the force of the holder, it is easy to take of and I have that precaution. Beside that it works perfect.

I don't use my CD player, so this style works best for me. I've ordered a couple off-brand online, but after a few potholes they snap. This one has been solid and easy to use. I love the fact the back button activates the sides clasping the phone.
