I have been using this for several weeks now. The design is so much better than a vent mount. I have had to retighten it several times as the car vibrations loosen up the locking mechanism. Despite that minor problem I love this phone mount.

The tablets purchased were for our youth transitional program. The students loved them and we did too. It included our ability to include parental controls so we can ensure the program activities were the focus of their on-line activities.

I always ask me, why the new car still with CD in the panel, now I know for why is there...This is the best mount can use for my cellular, no need to block the air condition or block your visual when is driving..full happy with this product

This item works pretty good. The only time my phone has fallen out is when I hit a big bump and didn’t have it seated properly. The only reason it’s not a 5 star review is the placement of the phone in the CD player blocks my view of my stereo screen

Some cars don’t have flat surfaces for suction cups, and cup holders are to far back. Not a fan of sticking suction on windshield, or using vent mounts (cook that phone in the cold). Have a CD player....this is the mount!

I went from using the magnetic version of this dash mount..... well..... to this dash mount. Does shake on bumpy roads like the other one. The grip works well enough and I've only had to tighten the swivel joint once.

My work car’s cd slot is pretty low, so when I want to see the GPS- it sucks; but in my Honda, it’s at a good height; so just have that in mind. It can be turned left and right but the height can’t be adjusted.

I have been searching for just this item due to how the vent ones don’t work well and don’t want anything on my windshield! Since I don’t use my CD anymore it was my perfect solution! And it was only $20! I give it 10+ STARS!!!!

We travel the entire east coast and use the phone maps constantly. We got new iPhones and they didn’t fit in our cup holders so went to Best Buy and purchased this holder and can’t go anywhere without it.

I have gone through a lot of car phone holder I must say this one beats all the others. So far so good. Works perfect with my note 8 and outter box. Swivels perfect so you can use your face recognition, excellent work on this invention.

It doesn't fit in all our vehicles, but on the older Explorer it does and it works well there. It's not as stable as my other that suctions to the dash, but it works well enough for where my daughter wanted it out of her way.

As far as the unit is concerned, it works very well. It seats firm in the CD slot with the locking mechanism provided. Depending on your set up it does block things on your dash and in my case gets in the way of my transmission shifter.

I like the fact that this mounts in the CD slot... the tightening device is hard to work so just engaged the tightening lever and forced it into the CD drive opening.. Hopefully it will hold my cell phone securely..

I really like this product. It holds my phone at a good height for me. It sometimes comes loose and wants to slip out of the CD slot but it hasn't presented a problem for me. I'd still get it again.

This item was excellent when I first obtained it. The first few months after I installed it, it was amazing, but slowly it started to bend the inside of where it is holds on in the CD slot. It won’t hold on no more

Works well In my Chevy Silverado. Only problem is it blocks some of my controls but I only have a few buttons where the CD slot is. Also, you dont have to attach anything to your phone or phone case like other ones.

Excellent product. Holds my IPhone X max very securely! Tried to use a similar product, except with magnets, and always seemed to fall or need to be readjusted every time. This one stays secure next matter what!

I have been disappointed in previous hands free phone holders that I have purchased. This one works with different size phones and gets the job done. My only problem is forgetting my phone in my vehicle when I get to work or home.

This puts my phone at exactly the right angle. Had the type of holder before that attached to air vent but when the heat was on it got to hot. This works perfect because I don’t ever use my CD player.

We purchased this for a rental with a CD slot. Had to trade out rental half way through our trip and other car didn't have a CD slot. We were able to use this in the vent slot with a little adjustment.
