Supported in CD player. No problems with falling out.

Great so far, can't complain at all worth my money

When it works this is a good product and positions my phone well for me to see it without distracting my driving. My only criticism is that it too easily becomes loose and I have to lock it into my CD player again.

I gave this product only 3 stars because, with the phone in it, it covers the majority of my infotainmet screen. Would be better if it had an articulating arm so the phone could be moved/swung up and away from the screen.

Not sure why this mount didn't work well. The placement in the CD player would have been a great place to have my phone mounted. However it seemed to just hang there and didn't seem secure, so I went with the air vent one instead.

This thing was horrible. It is a great design but it is flawed. It will not stay in the CD slot. Just normal driving down the street (no bumps) it would fall out. I didn't even have it for a full 24 hours before returning it. You are better off getting the other one that's the sticky mount. I've had that thing for a week or so now. It has not come off once. I have driven over potholes and all and it and my phone stays put.

The piece that goes into the CD slot is way too thick and does not really fit the Honda Ridgeline. But even though it is not meant for the vent, it works fine on the vent. I like the functionality anyway. Works well with my Note 9.

Great concept ! However, i have 2 issues. 1) consider location of your cd player: In my vehicle, tge cd player sits low to the center gear shift/console. My gear shift gets in the way of mounting my phone or using it when in the PARK position. Even when in DRIVE, the mounted phone barely clears the shift stick making use difficult while driving. So this becomes an annoyance. 2) weight of your phone: i have the galaxy note10+ and its weight causes the mount to bend/sink closer to my gear shift. The mount should use a metal support of some sort to prevent this sinking of the apparatus

I bought cell phone holder without having the RAV with me, when I got it home I realized the phone would block back-up camera screen, I will be retuning product for a windshield mounted holder.

This works great - especially for heavy phones like Samsung 9 or 10. The only issue I have is really my car - where the CD slot is located it makes it difficult to insert this holder & remove it

I had to return this item because it would not fit with my car. Great mount just incompatible with my CD slot-volume control knob in the way.

this is a good mount. however i dont think it will last too long. the strength of the grip seems to be weakening quickly. if you remove the phone often from it, i can see it not lasting very long.

I like that it fits in the cd slot, and I like the gripping arms vs. the magnetic mount in this brand. The magnetic mount did not work for me it wouldn’t hold my phone up in a viewing position.

A great product, doesn’t hold well with any textured or silicon sided phone cases and if you leave it in the car and it’s under the sun it’s not gonna hold your phone in place.

Very tight getting it into my CD slot. Also difficult to get out. Cannot use this in my vehicle, but it works well in a different car.

This fits in the CD player and because my screen for my backup camera and controls are right under it I have to take it out to use the screen. Doesn't stay very steady in the CD slot.

Highly anticipated receiving this item. It did not fit my BMW 3 series. I wish they would include current vehicle models before purchasing.

Love the way device holds phone. On our Buick Enclave with phone in holder it covers up back up camera screen. Probably not an issue with other vehicles but is with ours.

I think very highly of this brand, but I don’t like this design at all because it blocks my car nav screen. My car has the cd slot above the nav, So it’s a no go for me

This unit is not as stable as I was expecting. It will sometimes come out of the CD slot when I pull it from the holder. The latch is the weak link.
